Scott joined Bó Lè Associates since 2011 as Research Associate. As a fresh graduate, he showed outstanding learning and execution abilities, which got him promoted rapidly to his current title, Associate. Scott focuses on Industrial-related positions and Human Resources talent across all industries. 
In the past years, Scott has accumulated extensive knowledge of various functions and market trends. With his thorough understanding of clients’ specific business needs, he is able to identify the best of the best leaders for specific hard-to-fill positions in a short period of time. He has successfully completed a number of Industrial Sales, Marketing, Plant Management, and HR positions across different sectors.
Scott has a Bachelor Degree of Materials Science from Shanghai University. He is fluent in English and native Mandarin.
