Bernard has over 15 years of recruiting experience across the Education and Financial Services sectors. He started his career with Study Group Australia where he was instrumental in the development and implementation of study programs including University Pathways, English as a Second Language and tertiary entry programs. Thereafter he entered the executive search industry, specializing in the sectors of Financial Services, Supply Chain, PE/VC and e-commerce. Bernard is particularly familiar with the primary and secondary markets across the Financial Services sector, having placed many mid, senior and partner level positions.
Having held several senior leadership positions at a number of listed companies across the globe, Bernard still retains a hands-on approach for the business of recruitment and executive search, as well as playing a senior leadership role within the organization.  
Bernard graduated from Murdoch University in Australia with a major in International Business. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
