Tony is a Senior Associate based in Beijing office. He is focused in the High-Tech and Aviation (include VR, Robot, UAV), He specializes in executive search since 2010 and successfully completed GM for china largest Inflight WIFI Company, COO for china top 3 unmanned aerial vehicle company.

Prior to joining the firm Mr. MA worked 2 years for Ambow Education (NYSE:AMBO), provide recruiting service to client.

Tony holds a Master’s in Business Management from the Renmin University of China, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the Changchun Institute of Technology. 

He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
