Mary Teng is a Senior Research Associate based in Taipei office who specializes in Japanese speaking talent searches for diversified industries across various functions which include Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Business Development, Strategic Planning as well as senior positions in Engineering and Digital Marketing.

Prior to joining Bó Lè, Mary has already earned 4 years of experience in talent searches at a Japanese recruiting agency. She had also worked for a Japanese mega bank corporation as a Japanese Client Relationship Manager for 5 years.

Mary holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Japanese from Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. She is fluent in Japanese and Mandarin.
