Prior to joining the firm she was HRBP in one leading FinTech company for 3 years and before that she is the top biller in one UK recruitment company, focus HR positions recruitment in many industries.

Tracy holds a bachelor of law from the East China University of politics and law with fluent English and Mandarin.
