Asura is a Managing Consultant based in Shanghai office. She is focused in the pharmaceutical R&D, IVD R&D and pharmaceutical manufacture roles, as a member of the Life Science. 

She specializes in executive search since 2014 and has an extensive track record in various local and regional assignments for different industries.

Prior to joining the firm she was a consultant in an UK based recruitment agency, covering many industries such as IVD, pharma, and hospital but with a focus on the R&D and manufacture roles.

Ms. Fu holds a Masters in Biophysic from a Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the Jilin University.

She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
