Estelle is an Associate Director at Bó Lè Associates Taipei Office and her professional track record spans a wide range of practices in both Taipei and Shanghai region.

Joined Bo Le Associates in 2014, Estelle has focused on recruiting executive professionals for financial and professional service sector, as well as technology sector, including consumer/corporate banking, PE/VC, rating companies, consulting firms, semiconductor, and display industry. With career spinning in both Bo Le Taipei and Shanghai office, she built up extensive network with local talent in both Taiwan and China.

She also recruits functional executives in Human Resources, Strategy and Finance. She understands the complexity of doing business in Taiwan and China and the need of companies to develop and innovate. She leverages the network and resources of the firm's international executive search services to provide practical solutions.

Prior to her career with Bó Lè Associates, Estelle worked for an Asian investment bank. Estelle is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
