After getting bachelor degree in Taiwan, Aya had been a secretory in charge of administration affairs and Japanese translation works for a few years.

To improve language skills and develop other expertise, Aya went to Japan to obtain master degree and had worked in an IC Design Corporation in Tokyo for 6 years.

In 2013, she was hired by a Japanese Rubber Manufacture Corporation as Deputy Sales Manager in Taiwan. To be a bridge of communication between company and customers, Aya is fluent in Japanese and Mandarin and contributes more in company performance during these 4 years.
