Kim is an associate based in Hong Kong and specializes in the Industrial Sector.  She is passionate about connecting elite executive talents with suitable, leading management counterparts.

She began her career in the Industrial Sector in Canada before moving to China where she spent the next 10 years working as the Group Human Resource Director in a leading automotive distributor.  She acted as a full-fledged HR business partner and generalist. Hence, she was able to hone and utilizes her expertise on talent acquisition, employer branding, talent need analyses, employee relations, employment laws and regulations as well as compensation and benefits for both the Hong Kong and China markets.

Kim earned her bachelor degree in psychology from Simon Fraser University in Canada.  She is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
