As a well-rounded HR worker for over 15 years and now working in this domain as executive recruiter and career-planning coach, Lucia has gained intensive experience in searching for all roles with a range of different functions, such as General Industrial, Machinery, Automation, FMCG and retail fields. 

Lucia was also a Talent Acquisition Head at Teco Electric and Machinery, and a Country Lead of Talent

Acquisition at Estee Lauder Group Taiwan. This allowed her to be involved in managing all executive searches, and employer branding programs. Additionally, Lucia is skilled in Cross Border sourcing, Compensation Design, Negotiation, Talent Development, Recruiting, and Interview Skill.

Lucia demonstrated her strong sense of business acumen and great sensitivity to identifying executive talent targets especially for vague, difficult, and newly created positions.  She has managed a lot of successful cases on cross-border assignments, for example, RD Head, Technical Head, Country Head, and Regional business head.
