Based in Shanghai, Linda is a Managing Director at Bó Lè Associates Shanghai Office and her professional track record spans a wide range of practices.
Joined Bo Le Associates in 2006, Linda has focused on recruiting investment professionals for the management companies of private equity firms, venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. Her clients include a variety of global private equity firms, domestic private equity firms, brokerage companies, and traditional investment management companies.
She also recruits functional executives in Human Resources, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Strategy and Finance. She has led numerous assignments of COO, CFO, CHO, Head of Strategy & BD for publicly held and privately owned companies. She understands the complexity of doing business in China and the need of Chinese conglomerates to develop and innovate. She leverages the network and resources of the firm's international executive search services to provide practical solutions to Chinese conglomerates.Prior to her career with Bó Lè Associates, Linda worked for a pharmaceutical company for many years. Linda is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
