Recently we have published the VUCA: Opportunity favors the prepared minds report on the COVID-19 epidemic. The article emphasized the challenges and opportunities for the recruiting industry during the outbreak of Coronavirus period.  The impact of the COVID-19 virus since the beginning of the year has delivered a severe “test” to the Chinese economy and its short term economic growth aspirations. This is compounded by the fact that a large proportion of the service industry in China's economic structure has now overtaken its traditional manufacturing industries.
