ROLE SUMMARY:

Business Development

1.Work closely with Practice Leaders and Managing Directors to maintain market share and improve overall operating efficiency through creative and innovative business strategy 

2.Create business plan with tightly controlled marketing campaign to generate new businesses while maintaining existing clients relationships

3.Supervise Research Associate to carry out pre-search study before going for each business development meeting

4.Bring the best teams of consultant and researcher to win client mandates

5.Prepare proposals and job specifications after business development meeting

Execution of search assignment

1. For Senior position hiring, Director/Sr. Consultant is expected to be fully responsible for executing the assignment while work very closely with other Consultants on Mid-level assignment together with Research Associate support 

2. Very hands-on search process management with close Clients/Candidates communications during the course of the search by providing summary/ status report on a regular basis

Training & Development

1. On-the-job training and carry out regular group designated skill set training 

2. Evaluate performance of Junior Consultants and Research Associate and recommend promotion when appropriate  


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

1.Bachelor degree is a must, master is preferred

2. 8 years and above related working experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Executive Search is preferred 

3. Advanced proficiency in both written and oral English 

4. Strong project execution ability, good team spirit and team work
