Ati, has 20 years of professional experience in executive search and one of the founding member of Bo Le Associates, and is currently Chief Client Officer - Southeast Asia of Bó Lè Associates. Prior to that she was the Managing Director - Southeast Asia where she was involved in the opening of each offices within Southeast Asia for Bo Le Associates.

Ati travels frequently to visit and develops client in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Bangkok, Singapore, Vietnam & Myanmar hence she has develop solid knowledge of Southeast Asia market with its dynamic, culture differences and other sensitive issues of Talent Development and organization changes in the emerging market.

She specializes in recruiting senior executives including Regional Heads CEOs, CFOs, Country Managers, Presidents, Managing Directors in the sectors of HR, Finance, Sales/Marketing and operations, for a wide range of industries particularly Financial Services such as Consumer Banking & Consumer Finance, Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and other industries such as FMCG & Retail, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals.

As a search consultant, Ati is known for her expertise in handling complicated HR and recruitment issues that face companies expanding their operations at a rapid rate as well as business start-ups in a challenging environment in the emerging market.
