Mr. Zanas is a Managing Director based in the Bangkok office. He is focused on Technology and Consumer Goods and Services.

He also has a ASEAN subject matter expert role in the above sectors and has 20+ years of experience in business and technology consulting services in USA, Europe, and throughout Asia.  Mr. Zanas has lived in Asia (Bangkok and Shanghai) since 2005.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zanas was the Partner in Charge for IBM’s Distribution practice in Thailand. He was responsible for Sales, Business Development and Solution Development for IBM's Distribution Industry grouping (comprises clients in Consumer Products, Retail, Hospitality/Travel and Transportation for the Thailand market place), coordinated within ASEAN and the Asia Pacific Region.

Previously, he lead and managed IBM Thailand's Strategy and Analytics team with deep expertise in Strategy, Experience & Change, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence & Performance Management, and Information Management.

Prior to working full time in Thailand, he was the leader of IBM's Strategy and Transformation Practice in ASEAN, across 5 capital cities in 5 countries, assisting clients with major transformation and optimization efforts, and engaging all IBM’s product and service offerings in developing the solution footprint for the client.

Before joining IBM in 2012, Patriek worked for a number of technology and operational strategy firms (Delaware Consulting, Re-Consulting, Unisys, Andersen).  Most notably, he was the Managing Partner, of Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Belgium & Luxembourg.  Responsible for P/L and 550+ people with 50 million Euro in revenues. Managing Partner, European Enterprise Solutions (Strategy, Enterprise Technology, and Finance and Operations), approximately 2000 professionals.  He built his career from 1991 in the Los Angeles, Boston and Brussels offices.  Patriek was a member of the Andersen Belux Operating Committee, a group of 6 partners that managed the Belgium and Luxembourg organization of 1600 professionals.

Mr. Zanas holds a BA in Business Administration (Finance and Real Estate, Magna Cum Laude) from the California State University, Northridge.  A native English speaker, he is also fluent in Dutch and French, with working knowledge of Thai and German.
