With over 10 years of solid experience in executive search, Ted joined Bó Lè Associates in 2014 as a Senior Associate specializing in the Industrial, and Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors. 

Prior to joining Bó Lè, Ted worked at Talent2 and Dacare Consulting, where he built a solid track record in case operations for commercial, technical and operations functions in the Industrial industry, including Oil and Gas, Chemical Engineering, Machinery, Automobile, Automation and Transportation.

Ted attained his Bachelor's Degree from Shanghai University and speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
