Joined Bo Le Associates in 2002, Nicole has focused on recruiting investment professionals for the asset management companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. Her clients include a variety of global private equity firms, domestic private equity firms. ​

She also recruits functional executives in Finance, Operations, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Strategy. She has led numerous assignments of COO, CFO, CHO, CTO, HR VP, VP Sales, Head of Supply Chain, Head of Strategy & BD for publicly held and privately owned companies. ​
